The Opportunity
Drum Innovation needed support getting their brand launch back on track after a long detour with an agency that turned out to be a less than great fit.

Led discovery and design thinking workshops to develop creative strategies to support initial branding, brand launch, and first-year support
Developed brand guidelines, presentations, and product mockups for multiple use cases
We aligned on priorities and fast-tracked the approval processes by investing the time upfront with the Drum Innovation team.
Brand assets were delivered early, allowing Drum Innovation more time to focus on awareness and pre-launch activities.
Upon the brand's successful launch, I secured the opportunity to develop three other IPs that live under the Drum Innovation umbrella.
